The mission of the Dimensions Clinic is to increase the physical and mental health and wellness of LGBTQIQ young people in a culturally competent environment.
The mission of the Dimensions Collaborative is to combine efforts across agencies to develop health care programs and services that increase health care access and education for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex & Questioning Youth.

For the past 8 years, Dimensions has been providing queer youth with something they’ve identified a significant need for: queer-friendly medical services. Five well-established member organizations came together to meet that void in San Francisco. Together, The Castro-Mission Health Center (a part of SFDPH), Health Initiatives for Youth (HIFY), Lavender Youth Recreation and Information Center (LYRIC), Larkin Street Youth Services, and New Leaf: Services for Our Community joined forces to create a space that offers young queer people with quality medical & mental health care in a comfortable, respectful environment.
